Horrible
NOT a home run. They didn't even leave home base. They cut off the line at around 30 people deep and said they only had one cook in the kitchen and he didn't want to cook fast enough to accommodate everyone. Then one of the cashiers started walking up and down the line trying to sell what they had left and ended up skipping most of the people closest to the register. Very limited options for dairy free, vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, and and so forth, even before their kitchen ran out. Comically atrocious. Just close it and open something else.
Place is hard to find and after taking the first bit I was I didn’t find it
Took a bite and couldn’t tell if I missed the pizza and accidentally bit the box.
Small pizza for almost $14. Tasted like a frozen pizza you get at a grocery store.
Only cold sandwiches; way overpriced.
You know the saying “even bad pizza is good” well this is the exception to that rule. This pizza is inedible. Flavorless! literally no flavor, cardboard actually tastes better. The pizza was uncooked and doughy while the cheese was burnt to a crispy. Do NOT eat here.
Pizza was cold so they remade the pizza just to be cold again. Would not recommend
The pizza they have here is like frozen school pizza, wings have no flavor and super dry
Don't know how you can mess up a Rum and Coke, but they succeeded. Wings were pretty good, but I've had better frozen pizza.
Overpriced and gross
Terrible customer service
This is probably the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I paid $37 for two cardboard pizza’s and a drink. It is literally cardboard pizza. I had a cheese pizza and my daughter had a pepperoni pizza. They weren’t even warm. The crust is hard and falls apart like a cookie. Do not waste your money. I’m sorry I did.
The pizza is great, I like the setup in the middle of the terminal to people watch, see your gate, and watch TVs. The pizza was good, although wish they had bigger options available instead of personal pan. We also had mozzarella sticks. Food came out quickly and was a good stop before departure.
The boneless BBQ wings are amazing! Excellent service. Would definitely return if we have a layover here again.
Put aside the mediocre pizza and decent wings the service here is absolutely horrible. Not many options to choose from in MDW sadly.
Where do I start well I purchased 2 individually sausage pizza & 2 Pepsi's the pizza's were undone and the soda's where warm I didn't realize it until I was already aboard my flight.Since I'm a native of Chicago I was very disappointed and unsatisfied I've tried calling but of course there's no # how do u have a business and ur customer can't reach the location,I spent nearly $40 not only to dissatisfied but my $$$ was wasted.....Shameful the service is this poor in such a busy location such as the airport I will never eat there again while traveling thru Midway International airport...
I stopped here to get something to eat before my connecting flight. I figured they would have traditional deep dish pizza and boy was I surprised. We got the pizza and it was as thin as paper. I like thin pizza so to me that didn't bother me. The taste of the pizza was horrible. It was like eating cardboard. It was dry, hard, and had an awful taste. I couldn't even eat three pieces of the personal sized pizza it was so bad. There are other places you can go in the airport to eat with better food.
Probably THE WORST pizza you can get. To say that the crust was like cardboard would be disservice to cardboard. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE.
Please don’t pay $13 for a gross personal pizza and bad customer service. “Crust” (more like cardboard) wasn’t even cooked all the way.
Terrible overpriced frozen pizza, service was terrible, took our order at Kiosk put in your name and get an order #. Took 35 minutes to get our order, instead of preparing everyone's order they were just yelling out pizza types and everyone was confused. Cost $72 for 4 frozen personal pizzas and 4 drinks. Skip this place if you can.
Pizza did not come as shown in picture tasted like middle school lunch line pizza
$23.00 for a small cup of house wine. I’ll leave it at that.
If you are at Midway skip this joint. The bar was full so out ordered at the Kiosk. After waiting a long while for my soft Box and cardboard pizza I found a seat at the bar and plop down to enjoy a $15 Pizza. The nasty girl behind the bar informed me you had to order here to sit here. She was incredibly Nasty in true Chicago form. I do not recommend
